Les cuisiniers de ce restaurant font de leur mieux pour donner aux visiteurs une pizza délicieuse. Toujours Mikes propose la livraison de plats pour les clients. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une atmosphère spectaculaire. Mais ce lieu a été classé en dessous de la moyenne par Google.
Commandé et payé et tippé en ligne à 19h07. Réception de courriel de confirmation que la commande sera livrée vers 19h55. 20h15 appelle au resto, mis en attente 15 minutes. Ça répond et raccroche immédiatement. Rappelle, en attente sans réponse. Mon conjoint se rend au resto à 20h40. Ils disent que la commande s’apprête à sortir en livraison. Mon conjoint dit qu’il va la prendre. On s’entend que c’est payé tippé. Mais non, on lui exige de payer à nouveau et on ne lui donne pas la facture. Les sous marins étaient à moitié vides et froids et les poutines aussi. Pire service à vie dans un resto. La patronne est supposée m’appeler demain pour un remboursement de la commande en ligne. Passez votre tour.
The restaurant was empty on the evening. The waitress looked surprised when I said it's for a take out order. I ordered the Cavatapi as a usually order at order Mikes. When I arrived home, the butter was open and scattered everywhere. My food tasted HORRIBLE, so much spiced that I coudn't even take a bite. Made my sister and brother in law to taste it and they said the exact same thing. Had to throw it away to the garbage. Lost my money. Disappointed. Food: 1
I don't know if it's me who lacks patience but more than 15 minutes of waiting before talking to someone makes you want to eat elsewhere (in the photo you can see 10 minutes but I gave it another 5 minutes before ordering from another place) Service: 2
