I have ordered so many times via Uber Eats, and unfortunately 90% of the time the food is terrible and the people preparing the food leave out things like sugar.

Shocking & pathetic service at Total Energies Ridge Road. Took my new 2024 Nissan Pro4X into the Carwash & it came out with full off deep scratches. Seems this was deliberate & outcome of staff with bad attitudes as the scratches repeated itself at various places on the car. Complained to Total Energies on Ridge & disappointed with outcome. Told me that they’ll look at CCTV footage but didn’t get back to me. We’ll no longer be using the total on ridge Carwash nor their pathetic services.

Been using this service station from 2012. Never had an issue. Staff members and petrol attendants are absolutely amazing. However due to the RUDE BEHAVIOUR of the car wash staff I will never be using this facility for a wash again. It's as if the car wash staff are washing your vehicle for free, and they have no consideration for being gentle with your vehicle as if it's a toy. Also not everyone doesn't understand Isizulu so train the staff members to make rude jokes in private and not laugh aloud at customers!!
