Si vous allez à TotalEnergies, essayez des sandwichs délicieux. Démarrez votre repas avec un café immense. La seule chose qui puisse vous décevoir à ce lieu est un personnel digne. Mais google lui donne un score de 4, vous pouvez donc choisir cet endroit pour y passer du bon temps.

Sans meme evoquer le fait que total est un profiteur de guerre majeure, leur tarif par rapport aux autres marques demeure tour simplement indecent.

Short story: Avoid this place as the new service-personnel is unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Long story: I have over the last years been stopping at this station every now and then. Until today I have also found that the service personnel (usually male) was very friendly and polite. Today I was however treated in a quite unfriendly fashion (by a woman, which I never have seen serving at this station before) I asked for Lotto and EuroMillion tickets for EUR 2.50 each. Instead of serving me, she started to check her own Lotto-ticket, which the machine did not accept. I asked what she was doing, but she did not answer. A colleague came out and helped, but he seem also to be wondering why she was checking her ticket. Afterward she had been busy a few minutes with her ticket, she was caring about my request. After I had paid I told the woman that I would find it more professional if she would first care about the client order before her own business and avoid mixing the two (I want to be sure that my Lotto-tickets are not mixed with hers). She answered that she cared about her ticket, because there would be a problem with the machine. As I expressed my doubt, she answered that if I am not happy, I might go somewhere else. As I asked for her name (she was then serving another client), I just received some arrogant answer in return. It cannot be in the interest of TotalEnergies or the person running this gasoline station to have people at the counter who do not understand the importance of behaving in a friendly, professionally and service-minded fashion. I will take the consequence and not anymore come back to this station. With your new colleague, I wish you good luck with your business!
