If I could give zero stars I would. After I parked my car and started filling up my tank a truck crashed into me I asked for the manager and she came out of her office aggravated and rude. I told her what happened and asked her what I need to do on my end to get video footage of the accident. She rolled her eyes, spoke rude and dismissed my concern. Not even trying to be respectful. I was never spoken down upon like that ever. She had the attitude of a bratty toddler. And all I wanted was information about how to get video footage and to report the accident to the manager. Will never go to this total ever again and I advise others to also steer clear. This happened on 1 November 2024. The service was terrible.
