came here at 3pm on a weekday and they were closed even if online it says theyre supposed to be open. unreliable hours. atleast update the info online or voicemail. seems like they just close/open whenever they want!

My wife and I were watching a YouTube video that highlighted a food challenge that exists with this restaurant. The food looked so good that we left half way through once we found out that London has a Top Gun Burger. When we arrived I was disappointed to see that the challenge was not offered at the location, but only the one in Vaughan. Anyway we still made our order and we had to wait over 45 minutes to get our food as there was only one person working the till and making the food. There were other people who didn't even get served by the time we left that only arrived a few minutes after we arrived. They seems pretty disappointed too. However I must say the the food tastes great and the quantity that you get is plentiful. It almost made up for the wait, but no place should take that long to make your food. I would eat from there again, but maybe only via delivery so I had something to do in the hour it takes to get your foodUpdate:I just tried to order my lunch on Uber Eats and they cancelled it. Tried to call but no one answered and they don't even have their voicemail set up. Unacceptable!
