The open table app screwed up a surprise birthday party for my wife. The party was elsewhere, but they had no record of my reservation. I called Tony Roma's at Polo Park and they were able to come through for me and the rest of the birthday party. A 100% review for this location, thoroughly satisfied with the food, service, atmosphere and their willingness to help in a difficult situation.
