You need to wait for a table, reservations are not possible. Luckily, we didn't have to wait too long. The ramen is delicious - hot, flavourful broth and hits all the right notes. The service was friendly and prompt. It's not a big space, so if you're going in a large group, you may not be able to sit together. We were 5 of us and we were squeezed in at the largest table available. Value for money is excellent. The gyosas make us come back every time. The ramen with garlic oil is excellent. You have to wait because the place is small. It is good to keep in mind that they do not serve any alcoholic beverages. You can order to go if the weather doesn't allow you to wait outside for a place at the bar. Delft has really good ramen Tonkotsu Ramen Nikkou has my favourite vegetarian option so I come here more often.The chef and all the wait staff are really nice.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian ramen is an almond milk based broth. I think it's vegan if you don't add an egg. The tan tan tofu is also really good!
