We decided to try this place. We had read some good reviews, but had also read some not so great reviews about this restaurant. From our experience this was a great choice for us. The food is excellent and we found all staff to be pleasant and friendly. We will certainly go back! Went for burger week to see if their burger would meet the bar of their pizzas. Burger was very good and creative. But the $2 extra for the most plain and dry fries, along with two ketchup packets on the side ruined the experience and made it feel cheap. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

This is my fourth time attending Tommy's pizzeria. Favorite pizza spot by far for the food especially on the patio. We were a group of four and ordered 4 different pizzas with an appetizer. However tonight service was unacceptable, we never had our water refilled on a 30 degree + humid night, never even checked in after our food arrived, never given any parmesan or chili flakes for our pizza. We were asked for drinks and our order and then not spoken too for over 3 hours. However, we did get two different servers try to encourage take out boxes WHILE we were still eating our pizzas, We felt extremely rushed and blown away that this was the first time a service representative came by to our table to try and "Push us out the door" after we declined the boxes not even 15 minutes later another server came by and tried to drop off more boxes we declined yet again. We had to wait another hour after finishing our food for our plates to be cleared and had to verbally stop our server to ask for the cheque. No dessert menu was offered and we ended up missing our evening event due to the lack of service provided. Great food, horrible service, I believe that with the food prices on their menu their service should also reflect such high standards.
