I ordered ravioli and they came only with Parmesan on it, they was so dry it was not possible to eat. I asked to put melted butter on it or something and they said ok. The problem was I got only new ones after 10 min and they was the same. My girlfriends whine cream mushroom pasta was a one from 10, only cream mushrooms pasta, no salt, no taste, nothing. That’s why it’s often empty. Atmosphere is beautiful, but the food was not great. Meat was dry and not very flavourful. Pesto was not edible. Service was sparse. Probably worth it to come for a drink but not for a meal.

A Shocking Dining Experience: Perilous Glass Threats Await at To Aithrion My recent experience at To Aithrion has left me utterly horrified, as I discovered the establishment's blatant disregard for basic safety measures, particularly when it comes to their seemingly innocuous transparent doors. The hazardous condition of these doors posed an alarming threat to both patrons and their own children, resulting in unwarranted injuries and unconsciousness. Upon entering To Aithrion, the glass doors struck me as visually appealing, seemingly emphasizing a modern and sleek aesthetic. However, appearances can be deceiving, and it quickly became evident that these transparent doors were far more treacherous than meets the eye. Throughout my meal, I observed multiple instances of children innocently playing near the exit, their parents averting their attention momentarily. To my utter disbelief, my 9 year old daughter, unaware of the impending threat, inadvertently collided with the ultra thick transparent door, resulting in an alarming head injury. The sheer force of the impact rendered her injured almost fatally. The shock of customers and mere inertia and lack of attention by the restaurant staff added to the experience. On top of everything the staff is incompetent and the food mediocre. I recommend avoid at all costs and en masse. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First and foremost, we appreciate genuine feedback from our customers, as it helps us improve our services. However, when we come across reviews that seem disingenuous or malicious, we feel it is essential to point it out. We take immense pride in the quality of our establishment, the safety measures we have in place, and the positive experiences our customers have had. It was just before one month that we proudly host an event of 400 guests under the auspices of the first lady of the republic Mrs. Philippa Karsera of the nonprofit organization “Right to Hope for People with Disabilities” and among others they choose our venue for the safety that provides. We find it concerning that this particular review does not reflect the experiences of the majority of our patrons. Regarding the atmosphere, we find it somewhat amusing that you mentioned any negativity, as our establishment is well known in the city, not only for its exceptional atmosphere but also as a popular reference point. Concerning the food, we strive to cater to various tastes and preferences, and we respect all feedback. However, we cannot accept criticism that seems ill-intentioned or libelous.
