Flawless food and service. I went a week ago and the open kitchen made me feel like I was watching a masterclass documentary on cooking with my own eyes. The tomato and beetroot were solid opening courses but I have to praise the cod, which is the best I've had in my life, and the beef, which melted so well in my mouth. Service was divided between the chefs and the sommelière Martina who kindly let me mix and match between the wine and non-alcoholic pairings. Everyone speaks perfect English so communication was not a problem. On the way out I got a small gift from head chef René. Dishes were explained really well and I want to thank the whole team at Tisane for the experience. Michelin star fully deserved in my opinion and way better than many of the other starred restaurants I've been to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €100+
