I visited Tiny's for the first time last Thursday evening. The cod tongue meal was good, with a generous serving. However, the tongues were cold and the butter I put on the mashed potato hardly melted. That's on me that I didn't ask to have the food re-heated in the microwave. When I sat down I was informed that there would be a 15% gratuity added to the bill. I told the server that I was okay with that, going against what I firmly believe. If I had my time back I would have refused to have the gratuity added to my bill before I ate the meal. At that moment I gave up my power to determine if the service and food warranted a gratuity or not. However, the server was quite good and the food arrived very quickly, so I would have given her a tip anyway. I will not return to Tiny's if the 15% gratuity is added to the bill before I eat a mouthful of food. This is not right! If the service is not adequate and the food is not to my liking, I will still be charged 15% regardless. Let the customer determine if the meal warranted a gratuity! In conclusion, I would like to know if I had the right to refuse to pay the 15% gratuity up front and decide at the end of the meal if I wished to leave a little something. Cheers!

I love going to Tiny's Bar and Grill! Tonight was no exception! We had attempted to go vio's Bristro to try it out for the first time, but we were rudely greeted and made to feel unwelcome. We left and made the obvious choice of Tiny's . As usual we were welcomed and treated like long lost friends. The staff are so friendly and funny. We truly enjoyed our meal and the waitresses Friendly banteringY
