The manager full blown argued with me about how he made my coffee. He said "I used oat milk" which he didn't. Then made me a new coffee, which is great, and it tasted TOTALLY different. I went back in to tell the MANAGER it was totally different and the second time made properly. He proceeded by elevating his voice, when 5 customers were present, and stated "I MADE THE COFFEE MYSELF WITH OAT MILK THE FIRST TIME. HAVE A GOOD DAY!" I'll forever boycot the Garson Tim Hortons. Incredibly unprofessional. If only this "manager" had professionalism.

Not impressed with the service at the drive through today.when ordering a dark roast coffee, I was told that there was no dark roast brewing, so I would have to order something else,because it would take to long to brew a pot. I'm at a Tim Hortons every day at least once, as you can tell by my purchases never had this experience before, there should have been another solution other than this one. Still a major fan of you coffee,just not thrilled with today's service....thanks
