Horrible way to start my day. - I go through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and am asked to pull ahead and they will bring my order out to me - A young man comes out and hands me a ripped bag with items falling out of it - I ask if everything was in the bag and even listed what should have been in the bag and he says, “It should all be in there”, and walks away. Well it wasn’t. - I now have to go inside, admittedly annoyed, but instead of an apology I need to deal with a rude, snarky female employee who even gave me a sarcastic, “Have a nice day!”, as she handed me the missing item. - I understand that mistakes can happen, but I even asked about the accuracy of my order. All the young man needed to do was ask me to check to make sure everything was in the bag before he walked away. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
