Le sommelier a su parfaitement nous conseiller sur les accords mets et vins.". Exemple personnalisé : "Le Tim Raue m'a totalement subjugué ! Le menu dégustation était un véritable feu d'artifice de saveurs. Le dessert au chocolat, une pure merveille. Le service était irréprochable, avec des explications claires sur chaque plat. Impeccable hospitality, creative Asian inspired menu, amazing wine cellar!! I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Tim Raue, in May 2025. They were extremely accommodating of a reservation made on short notice. They were also very accommodating of my 7 year old son, who’s list of Michelin restaurant experiences is impressive and by no means his first experience. As I stated above the hospitality was world class. The food was exciting, incredibly tasty but approachable, and the wine cellar is incredible. I will definitely go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: They made exceptions more my egg and dairy allergies
