Very bad service in the drive-through! Got my order wrong 2 weeks in a row. Thought I would give them a second chance, but still got it wrong. My order was right on the screen but the lady at the window gave me the wrong order. Won't be going there again for awhile. Very bad service! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is my third time, same experience in Tim hortons. I like Bostoncreem Donuts in Tim hortons. I ordered Donut from the drive-through. She gave me Donut in the bag, but all chocolate sticks on the bag wrapper. I was driving again to the drive-through, and she gave me another donut, but that one is also the same as before I requested another. She told me this is the last one Bostoncreem we have. You can see those pictures which I bought. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
