Staff are super slow, having personal conversation instead of helping customers.... This is the worst TH in Windsor .... They only care about drive thru times and allow counter customers to wait a long time for anything besides coffee as you see items flying out the DT Window (because of time targets on DT).... Staff is very inattentive and shows complete lack of caring. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a great experience at this location thanks to Dilsher who provided excellent customer service! I needed potato wedges for dinner at 10pm and had no luck at any of the grocery stores after driving all around town. I then called nearly 20 Tim Hortons and all told me they didn’t have any wedges. But this location with Dilsher answering the phone was the only one to say I don’t have any now but I can make some for you! He graciously made me 3 orders of wedges for our dinner which were ready in 10 minutes. Not only that, I asked him if he could make us a dozen of walnut crunch donuts and he kindly obliged. They were also just about ready when I got there. I had requested them with less sugar glaze than usual due to dietary restrictions and he found a way to do it, they turned out perfect! Thank you very much Dilsher for not only the amazing customer service but also for having the initiative to make these orders on the spot when the other locations’ employees just simply said we don’t have any at the moment. He is an exemplary employee and deserves to be recognized and rewarded as such! Service: Takeaway Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
