I went to use washroom at this location. The lady who is working there said me you are just here to use washroom.and was very unhappy about thats I request to the owner to please check on your staff I am a regular customer of tim hortons that kind of service is very bad Service: 1

The woman refused to allow me to go to the ladies room. Insisted that I had to buy something first. I explained that I did not want to purchase before using the facilities as I didn’t want to bring it in with me. She was overly rude and said “then don’t” It’s pretty sad that they feel the need to lock the bathrooms and not allow customers to decide when they would like to make their purchase. Judging by the state of the cleanliness of the establishment, I wouldn’t want to bring anything with me to the bathroom, let alone use it myself. Some grace would have been amazing in this situation.
