I always use drive-through. I must say the service has improved a lot. I can actually give my order without repeating it a couple of times. People working are more friendlier and polite and fast. Just 1 compliant I have, and that is the biscuit for the breakfast sandwich is never hot. It is very doughy when it's not warm. The eggs and sausage are always perfect, and coffee is always fresh. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Sausage

Only Tims I’ve ever been to where they managed to get eggshell (a significant piece) in my breakfast sandwich. This Tim’s is constantly getting orders wrong and and terrible at making any iced coffee or cold brew (maybe a drop of coffee with 95% milk and ice) but the eggshell in the sandwich was my tipping point where I finally decided to put in a review Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Great , when it's right, too bad it's wrong more than it's right. Manager basically called me a liar when i said my tea was a coffee , she went back 2 seconds later says she checked the camera and it was a tea they gave. I asked for my wraps to have the sauce through out the wraps and still ended up with a mouthful of sauce , when I spoke up about this the 1st manager says "i'll make it right ,what do you want", I said well ok maybe a chili with a couple of buns,he said "no problem" the female manager comes out and calls me a liar and says can't do that we have to give you a wrap , it's 4 o'clock I really didn't want a breakfast wrap , but how unprofessional. What happened to our great Canadian tradition. Nothing Canadian about it but it's location and currency. Your a number and dollar sign to them Shame on you RBI Corp you killed Tim Hortons getting 75% of the income paid to people who don't speak English. Don't bother listening to the response, I reached out and contacted through site. Been a week ,no reply. So many complaints that they are too busy to get back in a timely fashion.
