I recently placed an order through the app for dine-in service, as I needed a place to sit and work. However, upon arriving, I was informed that the location was closed for dine-in, and only the drive-thru was open. I was given my drink through the drive-thru window instead, which was not what I expected or intended. According to both Google and the Tim’s app, the dine-in option is supposed to be available 24 hours. As a result, I believe my order was processed incorrectly, and I ended up with a coffee that was not suitable for my needs. I repeatedly asked the lady to cancel my order so I could go to another location which was open but she didn't listen. Ultimately, I did receive my order but even that was incorrect. Service: 1

Worst Tim hortons in Victoria, anytime I try and order from them on doordash as well, they take my order then cancel it immediately, taking my money and making me go through the refund process, instead of simply just not accepting the order, if you work at this Tim hortons I hope you get fired so they can clean it up Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
