I'm writing this in response to your request on my one star google review. I ordered a medium coffee and then at the window decided to order another coffee for the friend I was meeting. I was rudely told that I couldn't add on to my order at the window. So I took my coffee and left. I called the phone number to the restaurant 5 minutes later to speak with a manager. It went to a voicemail without a greeting. I left a message and my call hasn't been returned. This happened Nov 4, 2024 at 3pm Pacific time. This was the location at 3990 Shelbourne St, Victoria, BC. It was a young woman working. I want to know if that is your policy, no ordering at the window, and if so - since when and why? I also want a phone call from the manager to discuss how the employee spoke to me. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

The staff is so rude and it isn't welcoming. Did order for a coffee and waited for like 15minutes and they returned with they are out of espresso. Like seriously! If you want to experience this come to this place. Very rude service some people have name on their name tags and some doesn't the name tag is just placed like that with no name. Where is this customer interaction skills? I guess they just forgot to teach them in training. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible experience and no customer service at all. I ordered two plain croissants toasted with butter, filled with egg and hashbrowns, for breakfast. First, they didn’t have two plain croissants—only one. Then, when I got to the window, they told me they were out of hashbrowns for the morning. When I started eating, the croissants weren’t even toasted, despite my request. When I asked about it, they claimed they don’t toast croissants anymore. The lack of communication and care was disappointing. Not the quality I expect from Tim Hortons.
