Stopped by this Tim Hortons while craving a Timmies fix. No drive-thru at this location. Staff seemed busy—no greetings—but that’s fairly typical for Tim’s, so no big deal. Ordered my drinks without any issues and the hot beverage was good. The place is spacious and located at a convenient spot, which is a plus. Overall, a decent stop if you’re in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Today, my friend and I visited this branch because she had been charged twice for a single purchase. She tried to explain the issue to the cashier, I think her name was Abby or Ashley (did not hear the name clearly), stating that the double charge occurred two days ago around 3 p.m. However, the cashier seemed to have difficulty understanding the situation. Since my friend is not very fluent in English, I stepped in to help clarify the issue. At that point, the cashier raised her voice and told me that she was speaking to my friend, not me. While two other ladies working in this branch came and help us politely. Given the circumstances, I was only trying to assist, and this manner of speaking to customers was inappropriate. Date & Time: January 8, 2026, around 10:25 AM. Counter: Middle counter Very disappointing experience. When I visited this location, I ordered my usual items and paid as normal. While paying, I noticed the staff collecting all the survey receipts (the ones customers can use to get items like hot chocolate or French Vanilla for $1). Instead of giving them to customers, she was putting them all into one bag on the side, and once the bag was full, she threw them into the garbage so no one could use them. I asked for my receipt, but she refused to give it to me. This felt very unprofessional and unfair to customers. The survey receipts are meant for customers, not to be discarded intentionally to avoid losses. I strongly believe this is being done under management or owner instructions, which makes it even more concerning. This kind of practice damages trust and is not what I expect from Tim Hortons. Management should look into this seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
