horrible customer service. i stood in line for about 5 minutes , zero acknowledgment. so i pull out my phone while im standing in line and place a mobile order for just a hash brown. roughly 10 minutes goes by, which is a long time to wait for JUST a hash brown, so i finally got up to ask what was going on. the worker turns around and looks, and sure enough, sitting on the counter, is my hash brown. for 10 minutes. once im handed my hash brown, it feels a bit cold. i ask, would you mind reheating it for me please? the worker literally grabs it from me, feels it in her hand, and goes, “i think it’s fine”.. are you actually serious???? i almost chucked the hash brown in her face because that was absolutely ridiculous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

"I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons location. I drove all the way there only to find out they weren't accepting debit or credit cards - cash only! Which would have been fine if the staff had been understanding. Unfortunately, the older lady wearing a scarf was quite rude when I mentioned I didn't have cash. She basically told me not to come back if I didn't have cash! Not exactly the friendly service I expect from Tim Hortons. Hopefully, they'll update their payment policies and work on their customer service skills." Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
