Got into the store and had to wait awhile till an employee came. I was standing at 1 of the 2 registers they had, waiting. An employee finally came stood at the OTHER register looking at me with a confused face. I didn’t do anything or moved because I thought she was there to do something rq and still busy with another persons order.She stood there looking at me and didn’t say anything. Then I decided to go to her register and ask if I can order now. She said “ well u are here to order right?” , like excuse u, um… like no kind of custom service? No greeting? This is apart of ur job say something to me at least say “hi”. Couldn’t even tell me that u are going to take my order at the other register just stood looking at me all confused while I stood at my spot thinking u were still busy. You are making money from doing this, GREETING a customer is apart of ur job, being able to COMMUNICATE is apart of ur job, it’s giving LAZY. Then don’t talk to me like I’m a stupid foreigner. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons branches I’ve visited. Orders are frequently incorrect, and I’ve been given cold or completely wrong coffee on multiple occasions. The most unacceptable issue, however, is that I was given a muffin that appeared to be from the previous day—not once, but twice. The muffin was extremely hard and clearly not fresh. On the second occasion, I returned half way from work specifically to show the staff. The employee at the front acknowledged that the muffin was hard and possibly from the day before. When I asked for the owner’s contact information, I was refused and told that the owner was on vacation and should not be contacted. Due to these ongoing issues and the lack of accountability from management, I feel compelled to leave this review. I will also be contacting Tim Hortons head office to file a formal complaint, as the store manager declined to share the owner’s contact information. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10
