I used to visit this Tim Hortons location almost every other day, but my recent experiences have been frustrating enough to make me change places to buy my morning coffee. For some reason, the staff at the drive-thru started asking me to park in front of the store and wait for them to bring my order out, instead of handing it to me right at the window. This meant that after waiting in line at the drive-thru, I then had to park, stand outside by the door, and wait another five minutes or more for my order. When I politely told a worker that I didn’t want to keep doing this and asked to receive my order at the window like everyone else, she assured me she would take care of it. However, the very next time I went back, they told me again to park and wait. I tried to explain that I preferred to get my order at the window like everyone else, but the staff insisted I go to the front. I find this treatment unfair and unreasonable. Despite trying to address it, nothing changed. It felt like they didn’t care about my time or my repeated requests, which left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome. Unfortunately, I’ll be going to a different place now. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
