No matter how many times I’ve visited this particular Tim Hortons, I kept hoping the attitude toward customers would change. Unfortunately, it hasn’t. I genuinely wonder why, at this specific location, employees often don’t acknowledge customers who are standing and waiting 2–5 minutes just to place an order. They seem busy with their own tasks and pay no attention to the people waiting. Why is that? In other locations or coffee shops, customer service is clearly a priority. Overall, I can say that the customer service here is poor and attention to detail is lacking. On a positive note, the atmosphere and the new renovation are visually pleasing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
