The worst service I have ever experienced from Tim Hortons. Today morning, I visited this store and the manager named KIRAN dont know the meaning of customer service. I got the wrong drink and want to make it right. She just want the car to get away from the window and shout at the team members working there. I know these guys have to manage window time but it doesnt allow you to compromise with the service that you provide. She is really unprofessional and I am wondering how she became the manager of the store. I wish either she change her behaviour or some other deserving person could get her position .
