Commandez des sandwichs au petit déjeuner fascinants. Offrir un timbits délicieux est la marque de fabrique de Tim Hortons. Essayez un frappe au chocolat immense ici.
Ce lieu est idéal pour les personnes qui veulent manger rapidement parce qu'ils peuvent commander des plats à emporter. Un personnel décontracté attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service rapide est toujours un plaisir. D'aprés les visiteurs, il y a une atmosphère ravissante dans cet endroit. Mais ce café a été classé en dessous de la moyenne par Google.

I honestly just give up on Tim Hortons. My favorite coffee shop has become an absolute joke. Received my 3x4 with espresso with zero sugar in the coffee. Went back to the counter and explained it had no sugar in it. The cashier's gave me a hard time about fixing it and finally agreed to give me sugar packets... Of which they gave me a hard time because 2 packets wasn't enough. One of the male cashier's in drive through comments on my appearance telling me I look "off today"... I don't know this man at all. But okay thanks bro. The other cashier proceeds to tell me that my coffee order... Of which I've been ordering for almost 20 years ... Doesn't taste like it has sugar because of the espresso in the order. There's 4 sugar in my coffee.. of which again, I've ordered this way for years and years ... And why are you arguing with me ? If I'm unsatisfied with amount of sugar I'm tasting ... Just give me more sugar ... Customer service is a thing of that past. And so is my patronage. Atmosphere: 4

Worst customer experience, maybe bottom ten of my lifetime. Maybe even bottom three. Went to get breakfast. Service took forever, like usual at this location. I've literally been the only customer early in the morning and still waited five or ten minutes. No other vehicles in the drive thru, no other customers inside. Just me. Waiting. And waiting. Today, the only other walk in customer and I even had a conversation about how slow their service is. He'd been waiting the whole time I was to get his food, and staff didn't even remember his coffee. I got to the front finally to order and was told they were cash only. Rather than putting a sign on the door or the counter, rather than telling me while I was standing and waiting five minutes to order. Yes, I get systems go down, technology is unreliable. Other businesses don't use that as an excuse to be belligerent with their customers. I was even accused of swearing, and I never swear at people, even when angry. Then the staff spent fifteen minutes arguing with me over whether that was a poor experience for the customer. I'm a customer. I am having a poor experience. I wouldn't have taken food from staff if they'd paid me in cash at that point. Won't go to that Tims ever again. There's another one in town. I have to drive rather than walk, but it's worth it not to have terrible customer service. Terrible, terrible customer service. And anyone that knows me knows that I go to Tim Hortons all the time, in fact tell people if they do't choose the restaurant, Tims is my default. I'm not going to stop going to Tims over experience at the one location. My advice, drive to the Tims on Keith. Avoid the one on Lakelse. Reviews here are also obviously astroturfed (fake). A lot of one star reviews from actual customers and a lot of 5 star reviews. That polarization is a clear symptom of fake reviews. There's no balance, no spectrum. That's more a Google problem. Allowing fake reviews kills the credibility of the site. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
