After years of just not saying anything, it’s time to hold this location accountable for poor practices. Burnt chicken strips inside many of their crumpled wraps that employees will not take the time to prepare properly. Little to no care for any of their portion sizes and very evident attempts to minimize the amount of food provided to the client. However the final straw was watching an employee sweep up a box of fallen potato wedges off the ground with her gloved hands, then use the exact same gloved hands to handle food, pack and provide to a customer at the drive thru window as I attempted to get her attention. It was not until the manager noticed me and asked what I needed that I was able to get her to change her gloves just before putting together my chicken wrap. Gross and extremely unprofessional. The quality of many Tim Hortons locations has declined to unbelievable lows as of recent years. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
