I came to the drive-thru the other day and I asked for a plain toasted bagel with extra butter and if I could get it Double Toasted because when they only toasted the one time it doesn't feel like it's toasted the one lady sat there and argued with me over the intercom saying they don't do that and I told her that they do so with her saying no no they don't do that I didn't order a bagel today I came in to the drive-thru and I asked for the same thing could you double toast it so that it is actually toasted I get home and my bagel is completely burnt like why would you serve something like that you're buttering my bagel it looks black why would you serve that when you throw it in the garbage and then retost it or turn your toaster down of some sort I can't stand going to this Tim Hortons because that one lady is just a real douche Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
