Yesterday I went to Tim Hortons to have some coffee. There I saw a Punjabi boy who mistakingly packed wrong order of skip. The manager at that Tim Horton humiliated and abused that guy in front of all staff members and customers. She was acting as an owner. but she was a manager. I felt very bad for him. As a manager, if a staff member makes a mistake , she should tell him his mistake and make her voice polite not abusive or rude. I felt very bad for that guy as she scold him in front of all customers and I think whether a person is a manager, owner or an employee , everyone has self respect and deserve respect. So I kindly request manager to change herself in terms of how to deal mistakes in a professional way.

Pathetic staff don’t have knowledge about their work. A young girl who took my order near about 2:15pm don’t know anything and even was not apologetic for her mistake.

During my visit, I encountered an unsually long wait time of 30 minutes for my order. I understand that busy periods can lead to delays, but there were 6 staff working and only two customers ahead of me waiting for the food and beverages. Moreover, upon receiving my order, I discovered that two of my meals were missing, and the staff was not even aware of it. While I was waiting for them (the Bagel BELT and Buffalo Ranch Chicken Loaded Bowl), the staff member who took my order asked me, "Are you waiting for something else?" I informed her about the two missing items, and they made them for me within the next five minutes. But they gave me a wrap instead of the bagel at first. When I told them they gave me the wrong item, they just switched the wrap to a bagel. After I got home, I found that the Bagel BELT was missing the egg and cheese, and the chicken bowl tasted awful. Not coming back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
