This is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in the city. The staff don’t listen and make very frequent errors - this and all the following have been the case for years. They stop making food long before closing time and just tell you that you can’t have what you’ve asked for because they’re not making food. Instead of asking if you mind waiting for something they don’t have ready (common with steeped tea), they try to convince you to choose something else. It’s close to home so I keep trying, but I’m disappointed more often than not and I don’t have any more grace to give them. Food quality is good, it’s just difficult to get what you’d like from them and have your order be accurate. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
