Tim Hortons has always been my go-to place for a cup of coffee or a relaxing break. I love the food, the ambiance, and the customer service. However, today I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Samira, who took my order. She was so rude that I considered canceling my order and dining elsewhere. This was my first encounter with her, and I do not understand why she was so unpleasant. After ordering, I asked another staff member for the washroom key. She was friendly, but when I returned the key, Samira was the only person at the counter. I tried to hand her the key and said thank you, but she ignored me and proceeded to serve the next customer. I had to place the key in front of her and leave. It was humiliating in front of other people. Throughout this interaction, I remained polite and friendly, despite her terrible attitude, because I did not want to ruin my morning. I have visited this location before and never experienced anything like this. I am not expecting overly cheerful service, but at the very least, I expect basic manners when interacting with customers.
