I just stoped by for a drive thru and Apparently they don’t make sandwich after 2am if that’s the case then why is 24hr Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered extra large coffee and small coffee, one banana pecan muffin and belt with sausage. 5:30 am not busy, 2 or three drive through customers group of 4 young men myself and a bus driver. Girl was making up orders and bringing them to the front for the group of men one order at a time instead of making up four orders at a time. Maybe this is the way they do it but it was very inefficient. With so few in the restaurant our wait seemed unreasonably long. Bus driver behind us ordered a coffee only and finally said "excuse me I only ordered a coffee and I have to leave I'll take my money back." She just turned without saying a word and got his coffee. So what was she waiting for? At other locations coffees are served up immediately and then you wait for your food. So silly at this location. Very inefficient. When I finally got my order the coffee was standard fare but the bagel BELT was served without lettuce and tomato. Did she think we wouldn't notice? The wait was so long for 5:30am and then to make a simple standard Tms sandwich wrong and charge 11.00 for two coffees and a bagel is unacceptable. Pathetic service. Perhaps if these two girls spent less time giggling back and forth with each other and focused more on the task at hand the Service would improve. This is my go-to Tim Hortons location; overall it has a friendly feel. I wish they had kept the retro styling from about 5 years ago but since it has been modernized. Staff is sometimes confusing and seem like they are in a rush, but overall are very friendly. I would suggest going to the Wendy's location right next to it if you are planning on getting food. For donuts, coffee or drinks then Tim's is perfect.
