Parking: Over half of the spots were unused when I was there. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible sloped curbs, doors ,bathroom stalls(doorway to the bathroom might be slightly tight) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

My question is, "Why isn't there a single smile on a front desk staff member's face?" It seems like someone is pressuring them to work. Staff should be friendly and charming. Their good behavior can make a customer's day. But the staff at this Tim Hortons looks like they are not fond of their jobs. I just want to say that there are many unemployed students with great experience. They deserve these jobs more than the current workers. Otherwise, love your profession; it's feeding you. These 3 workers have 0 respect for their work or customers I simply asked for my tea biscuit to be prepared on a clean surface with clean hands and it turned into petty comments and very unprofessional with the covid restrictions in place there should be more care put into sanitation then what I seen all 3 seemed to voice there opinion about me as a person when the only issue was my food not being prepared on a clean surface with washed hands when I asked for a manager or supervisor there were none and possibly the reason they felt ok to behave in this disgusting way Anyway I will never spend my money at this location again nor recommend it to anyone
