I went to tim hortons chemong st today and had an unhygienic experience. Saw a fly on the donuts, and when informed to the crew, she confidently said that she couldn't see any until I pointed out at it. Even then, she didn't throw the donuts and kept it back. I hope the person who eats it shouldn't fall sick. I wonder how many times it would have happened and how many people ate it even without knowing that the food is contaminated. I wouldn't prefer any food items from here moving forward. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order an iced coffee most times the cane sugar is never stirred its like they just put it in the cup and serve it. And if I order Vanilla Iced Coffee it is always with too much vanilla. When I have came into the store it is always messy. And staff is always too busy joking around that usually the bakers have to yell that there is customers on store front. If through drive thru and let them know my iced coffee is wrong they get mad and refuse to fix the issue. I think they need better owners and better management and more polite workers that actually realize customers are always right and that want to please their customers not just make the all mighty buck.

I come here everyday. And always order an XL triple triple well stirred. Well it is never well stirred. Most times there is coffee grinds in my coffee and others there is no sugar at all in my coffee. They do not stir and they have an attitude when you tell them of an issue with it. I have had no issue returning the coffee with coffee grinds or no sugar so not an issue of wanting a free coffee it's an issue of wanting it good and right.
