The staff are always rude and never smile. Customers can barely get a word in when telling them what you want because they think after saying one thing, your done. Also the girl this morning never gave me my change, it was only 5 cents but.. She just put it in their tip jar without even asking me. Again it's only 5 cents but the fact she did that without asking is theft from your customers. I won't be going back and I work in the mall. Service: 1

This Tim Hortons is a joke . I have never watched so many incompetent people working in one place . I waited in line watching customers complain about their orders being wrong , one lady said she was waiting 15 minutes for a bagel !! And of instead of the manager taking some control or offering an apology to the customers who were clearly very upset they just stood their with no emotion or anything.Then this dirty looking girl comes out of the back yelling at the customers waiting for their food !!! I could not believe my eyes or ears . And this is why I usually go to Starbucks . They have amazing staff who are polite and know the basics of customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
