I recently purchased a small coffee and a cheese tea biscuit at the Tim Hortons drive-thru outside Erin Mills Mall in Mississauga. [Outside Erin Mills Mall With Wendys, 2655 Eglinton Ave W, Mississauga, ON L5M 7E1] After my daughter took a bite, she noticed something resembling fungus on the cheese tea biscuit. I called the location to report this, but they informed me that I could return for an exchange. I was already 10 minutes away from that location. While the cost of the item is minor, my primary concern is the quality of the products, which can pose serious health risks to customers. The staff I spoke to mentioned that the manager was not available and that I could report this issue on Monday. This raises concerns about how many potentially products (in that state) might be sold before then. I have attached pictures of the product for your reference.
