I recently visited Tim Hortons for lunch, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. While I was quietly enjoying my meal, one of the team members abruptly approached me and, without asking, grabbed my phone to complete the Tim Hortons survey themselves. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and intrusive, making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The attitude of the staff in general was dismissive and unwelcoming, which added to the negative atmosphere. This experience has left me questioning if I want to return to this location in the future. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
