Stopped by this Tim Hortons late on a weekend night and honestly didn’t expect much because it was busy and understaffed. Kaji and her friend, who usually work overnight, completely proved me wrong. From the moment we pulled up, they were polite, upbeat, and genuinely kind. There was a delay with our order, but they kept us informed and even double checked everything before handing it out. You could tell they actually cared about getting it right instead of rushing people through. That alone made the experience stand out. Overnight shifts aren’t easy, especially on weekends, but these two handled it with patience and teamwork. Employees like Kaji and her coworker make a real difference and deserve recognition for the effort they put in. They turned what could’ve been a frustrating stop into a really positive one.
