The toilets were clogged and the people at the counter knew about it but they left it, it stank badly in the whole place and did not want to eat there.. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

A hit or miss with this one. Was gifted 2 Timmies cards for eating or drinks. What a bummer. Food was below average. Don't get the pizza flatbread. Gross. Ick. Really lacks flavor. My God. In fact, it was horrible. Really struggled trying to eat the rest of it. Next day, tried the chicken noodle soup. Had no flavor of chicken. Tasted more like beef soup. Another disappointment. It was most likely made from left over soups from previous day or week, all combined together. Does Tim Hortons kitchen test their food at all? These people must have no taste buds or hate their jobs so much or are terrible cooks to come up with such garbage. Forgotten how bad this franchise is with the God-awful menu. Still have more money left on the gift cards but so scared to even try anything new I haven't had. To make matters worse, customer service is lacking. This has to be one of the substandard food restaurants in Canada. So embarrassing. Major disappointment here.
