Tim Hortons at Ottawa and River in Kitchener closed their old store and moved to the former KFC/Taco Bell in the same area in order to get a drive thru. Popped in to the new store to grab a coffee and something to eat, but only 1 person was working the register, and service was extremely slow with a lineup. Took 15 minutes to get to the register, so skipped getting something to eat and only got a coffee. Disappointing upgrade Tim Hortons. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

That tims has gone down hill right to the bottom. I have been going every morning for 19 years but will not be back till the now manager is gone.
