Never have steep tea around 8pm Also I think when they don't have the steep tea they'll give you a coffee and you won't know till you have driven away also how much time would it take to slice a bagel when going through the drive thru. Then asking for a muffin heated with butter, getting a slit on the top with a huge amount of butter with butter not melted I know butter is not the greatest for you but getting a big blob of not melted butter, really?
