Was recently charged for a touch of extra cream in my ice cap, went in today for a cold brew that had almost no espresso foam on top. Returned it and asked to get what I paid for. They made me another with almost no foam again. For a place that wants to charge for every little thing, I’d expect you’d give what I actually paid for instead of cheaping out. Congratulations on losing another regular and approx 150 per month in sales from myself alone. On principle alone I will drive out of my way to give another business my money. Well done! Service: 1

A big shoot out to this location in Fenelon falls . I visited there yesterday on Thanks Giving Monday , it was very busy and very long line ups . I expected a very long waiting time , as this is the norm at the Tim Hortons in my area , and as mentioned it was crazy . But it was a shorter than expected and excellent customer service .The team worked well together had two cashes open and the sandwich was excellent Kudos to the Fenelon Falls Team Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
