I've visited the Iroquois, Ontario location at least six times in the past week, hoping to pick up some soup or chili, but they’ve never had any available—regardless of the time of day. When I asked about it, one of the employees even mentioned, "If more people buy it, we would make more." It’s hard to understand that logic, as it’s difficult for customers to buy what’s never in stock! Especially at this time of year, when people are looking for warm, comforting meals, it’s disappointing to have to drive farther just to find what should be a staple menu item. This location would benefit from keeping a better supply, especially in the colder months. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

In three years of living in the area this location has never once served my order correctly, and the staff are frequently argumentative and dismissive of the problems.

Bought a coffee recently and all I want to say is that the employees were really nice and the branch was super clean. Very well done and good job to them! Love it! This is what Tim Hortons supposed to be like!!!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
