I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service at this location. The staff appeared uninterested and inattentive, rushing through their tasks without acknowledging or addressing customer concerns. Despite customers waiting patiently, there was little effort made to streamline the process or respect the value of our time. It felt as though they were more focused on completing their tasks their way rather than providing a helpful and efficient service. This lack of professionalism and consideration needs improvement. The lady at the counter started making my tea and then left it on the counter while she served the people behind me. I watched her get two other peoples orders while my teacher just sat there getting cold. She didn’t give it to me until I had to say excuse me are you gonna finish my drink?
