I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for years. When I first started visiting, it reminded me of the classic Tim’s from my childhood, friendly staff who remembered your face, polite service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, over the past few years, this location has gone completely downhill. The service, food quality, and overall care just aren’t what they used to be. I’ve started going less and less, often driving further to another location just to get a coffee. Today was the last straw. I ordered two sausage Farmer’s Wraps and a coffee, only to be told they were out of sausage. No problem, I switched to bacon. The cashier seemed rushed and uninterested, and after paying, I was told to park in front. Ten minutes later, still no food. I had to go back through the drive-thru to ask for my order because they had forgotten it. When I got home, one wrap had no bacon at all, and the other had just one small piece. If they were out, they could’ve simply told me so I could order something else. I won’t be returning to this location again. It’s disappointing to see how far it’s fallen from what it once was. I really hope management takes a hard look at what’s changed in the past few years, because this used to be one of the good ones.
