On sept 25th, In an attempt to skip the long drive-through line at another location(1950 McConnell) I put in a mobile order. I accidentally sent the order to this location (851 Pitt st). I noticed IMMEDIATELY and called right away. I told them not to make it as I wasn’t going to come pick it up right away since I was at a Tim Hortons across town - so to put my order ticket aside so I could pick it up on another day on my way to work. Fast forward to today, the 27th. Im on my lunch break and i call them to let them know im coming to pick up my $6 iced cap with espresso. Despite being asked to PUT MY TICKET ASIDE THAT DAY because I didn’t want to deal with THIS coke the time they obviously didn’t and had no idea what I was talking about. I explained myself again and she agreed to have it ready for 730 when my break started. I head over to pick it up and they refuse - as if it comes off their pay personally if I was lying.. which I’m not??! Who would do that? Crazy. Staff was rude, and clearly incapable of doing their jobs. 10/10 recommend another location! This one SUCKS. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
