Of all the time Hortons I've been through, this is one of the best, if not the best location. Food and coffee are always fresh add the always smiling people. Kudos to all of you specially the management. Good job guys! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This review should be 5/5 but unfortunately after today I'm not sure we will ever return. We have been coming here almost daily for two years and have had nothing but amazing friendly service from the team. They have always been the most awesome Tim Hortons. Today however we go through the drive thru as usual and the cold brew tasted off. We went back through the speaker and said the cold brew tasted like iced coffee. The manager comes to the window and immediately says come inside. No we have a baby. He then starts yelling at us to come inside and "watch him make it if you don't believe me that it's cold brew" I asked him why he's acting so loud and rude. I said the coffee just tasted off its not that I didn't believe him. I tried to be nice and he just laughs and hands us the coffee while still yelling out the window. Honestly one of the most baffling experiences I've had at a drive through. Unfortunate because it's our daily coffee spot as we live down the street. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Big fan of the Tim’s locations here in Cold Lake. Even when the lineups get long (especially during the morning rush), the staff does a fantastic job of keeping things moving. My orders are almost always accurate, and the staff are always polite despite how busy they get. Best place in town for a quick snack!
