I witnessed a manager or some sort of authority, slamming their palm on the table and waking up an individual who was sleeping in one of the booths. The manager was heard yelling “this is not a hotel”. Keep in mind, that there were still plenty of space for people to sit, It seems that the man had bought something small to eat and a coffee, nor was her in anybody’s way. I get that this is a business, however, as mentioned above, the man was not in anyone’s way NOR taking space from someone who needed it. I think a little empathy could go a long way. I definitely won’t be setting foot in this place again. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Tim Hortons with a friend and ordered a Habanero Veggie Loaded Wrap and a Habanero Chicken Loaded Wrap. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the staff, they mistakenly labeled the chicken wrap as “veg.” As a pure vegetarian, I unknowingly took a bite of the chicken wrap, which was a disappointing and frustrating experience. It’s essential for staff to be diligent and accurate, especially when handling food orders. The incident highlights a lack of sincerity and attention to detail on the part of the staff. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and adherence to dietary preferences. I hope Tim Hortons takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such errors are avoided in the future.
