POTENTIAL SCAM ALERT! When ordering at the speaker I was asked how I was paying, thought this was strange but I said by VISA. When I got to the pickup window the woman said that the credit card machine wasn't working there but if it would be OK if she took my credit card and went to another machine and "tap pay" herself. Excuse me??? In this time of rampant credit card fraud do you really think that a customer should hand over a credit card to a random employee that could quickly snap a picture of the front and back of the card thereby having access to all the information needed (including the 3 digit verification code) to make purchases or transfer money from your account? The is absolutely unacceptable and there should be a clear Tim Hortons policy that would not permit employees to even suggest that someone should do this! In the future if there truly is a problem with the window machine then tell the person that it's "cash only" or they need to come inside to order and pay.
